C2 SQUARE makes debut at iGA 2014

Hong Kong, 7 March 2014 – C2 SQUARE has recently made its debut at the iGaming Asia Congress (iGA) 2014, which was held at the Grand Hyatt Macau from March 4 to 6, 2014.

Held annually in Macau, iGA provides a platform for operators of the gaming industry from all the over the world to meet with customers and industry experts to understand the latest trends in online gaming, as well as dig deep into the needs of customers. This year, the organisers succeeded in gathering over 250 participants who represent Asian facing sports books, gaming companies and other professionals to discuss the strategies and solutions that are imperative to succeed in Asia’s online gaming business.

As a leading provider of online security and managed network services, C2 SQUARE was one of the attendees at iGA to showcase how its innovative solutions can safeguard online gaming operators from malicious cyber attacks.

At the event, C2 SQUARE shed light to its flagship product – Anti-DDoS technology, which was widely received by an overwhelming number of visitors who visited our booth to learn more about the technology from our experts, as well as share their views on latest trends in cyber security.

Arthur Tsang, Chief Marketing Officer of C2 SQUARE, said, “Our Anti-DDoS technology is an effective web security solution, which helps enterprises protect themselves against cyber attacks. This technology applies Layer 3 network protocol enforcement, including connection rate, data transfer volume and connection speed. An extended feature is the Layer 7 application properties, including URL pattern, user agent and request header, which are all taken into account.”

“A value-add feature of C2 SQUARE’s Anti-DDoS technology is the use of behavioral analysis, traffic signatures, rate limiting and other techniques to identify malicious traffic from the address of the source. Once a source of malicious traffic is identified, C2 SQUARE mitigates and cleans SSL posts and GET Flood attacks,” he added.

C2 SQUARE hopes to extend its reach to international customers through iGA, thereby, expanding its footprint in other countries. With the positive feedback from the event, C2 SQUARE has gone one step further in achieving its goals of stretching its presence on a global basis.

Subsequent to the success at iGA, C2 SQUARE will also be making its appearance at the Global Gaming Expo Asia (G2E Asia), which will be held at the Venetian Macao from May 20-22, 2014.
